My Small Glossier Collection

Monday, 13 August 2018

Like most people, I went nuts when Glossier finally launched in the UK last year. It was a brand I constantly saw on Instagram and Pinterest and I really wanted to try out their products so the day they launched it here I placed an order and Ive placed another 2 since. I have to stop myself from buying the entire website. Everything just looks and sounds so good! I already have my next order planned out...

Balm Dotcom in Coconut
OMG these beauty balms are amazing! I dont go a day without using this on my lips or cuticles. I have the coconut scent because I LOVE anything coconut scented and it smells so yummy. Its a clear balm like consistency and a little goes a long way. I still have way over half a tube left and I take it everywhere with me. Next on my Glossier wishlist is the Birthday Cake flavour because Ive heard nothing but great things about it and it has shimmer in it!

Generation lipstick in Zip
This is one of my most recent Glossier purchases and I have fallen in love with it. Im not the most confident wearing bright lipsticks so I like that this formula is buildable so you can have a sheer coat of colour on your lips if you are like me. Its a really creamy texture and dries into a semi-matte finish. I love Glossiers packaging too. Its so minimal and chic and sometimes its nice to just have something  with no fuss.

Priming Moisturiser
This is the only thing Ive tried from Glossier that Im not too impressed with. I dont find that it does anything special for my skin and at £18 a bottle I wont be buying it again but it is a nice product I'd imagine especially if you have dry skin. Its a soothing moisturising primer you can wear alone or under makeup. Its a build-able and anti-redness formula so you can use as much or as little as you want depending on the season, your skin type and climate.

Milky Cleansing Jelly
If you love rose scented products then this cleanser is for you! Its a rosewater infused, ph balancing cleanser designed to leave your skin feeling conditioned. I love this cleanser so much. I usually use it when my skin is feeling extra sensitive or when its going through a really clear phase. Its a jelly formula so its gentle on sensitive skin. Its moisturising so its perfect for dry skin or for the winter time which is when I use it more often. And they’ve just come out with a travel sized one for £8 so you can pack it in your carry on and take this cleanser with you anywhere.

Boy Brow in blonde
So after seeing so many people raving about this eyebrow gel I had to give it a go. Im a sucker for eyebrow products and since Ive recently gotten my eyebrows microbladed I dont need to fill them in but I like go add a little something when I wear makeup to fluff them up and add some texture and colour. It has a small spoolie applicator so ifs the perfect size for your eyebrows and you wont end up getting product all over your eyes. I have naturally dark blonde hair thats an ashy blonde right now and this shade is perfect for me. It matches my roots and natural hair colour so well.

I cant wait to add to my collection.  Next time I want to try out more of their makeup products out because I love the Generation G lipstick so much. And if you want 10% off your first order then you can use my affiliate link http://bff.glossier.com/jtxzQ
