(Another) Lush Haul

I went into Lush and that when my bank account started crying. I went in with a list of things I wanted to buy and I bought those and a few extras because 'Treat yo self!' Whilst I was in there one of the women working in the shop told me about all the different products they are discontinuing and one of them is Frozen and Im so sad. Thats my favourite bath bomb! I had no idea that Lush were discontinuing so many of their products and some of their bestsellers so make sure you check to see everything thats being cut before its too late.

Lush 'American Cream' hair conditioner - £5.45 for 100g
The first thing I bought was this strawberry scented hair conditioner has a dash of orange extract to create a fresh scent. It also has a sage, vanilla, English honey and lavender and together those ingredients soothe the scalp and leave your hair looking really shiny and moisturised. This is the one product I am really looking forward to trying out because I never see anyone speaking about the Lush hair conditioners.

Lush 'Popcorn' lip scrub - £5.75
I've used the Bubblegum lip scrub from Lush before and I loved it but I ran out of it a few weeks ago and my lips have really missed it. This time I picked up the Popcorn one because popcorn is one of my favourite foods so duh, I had to buy it! But sadly this is one of the items that Lush is discontinuing soon so stock up on it quickly if you want to try it out. Its buttery caramel flavour thats actually quite salty so if you have more of a sweet tooth then I recommend the 'Bubblegum' one.

Lush 'The Comforter' bubble bar - £4.95
This is an all time favourite product of mine. I actually prefer the bubble bars to the bath bombs because you can get so many uses out of them. I've had a bubble bar before that lasted me 8 baths! They make the best bubbles with only a little bit of product and this one is my favourite and it turns your bath into Harry Styles' album cover.

Lush 'New' shampoo bar - £6.25
Since going cruelty-free Ive been really struggling to find good shampoo thats not tested on animals and Ive used a shampoo bar before so I just decided to try another one. This bar has cinnamon, clove bud, peppermint oil rosemary to clean, sooth and stimulate hair growth all whilst adding shine to your hair. My little sister uses this and her hair is beautiful and has grown so quickly so Im hoping it does the same for me. I will be sure to update you guys on it once I start using it.

Lush 'Butterball' bath bomb - £2.75
OMG if you haven't tried this bath bomb out then you are really missing out. It smells delicious! Im not even exaggerating when I say this is one of my favourite scents in the entire world. It turns your bath water a milky white colour which is nice and relaxing for a quite bath compared to some of the crazy bright coloured bath bombs from Lush (that I still love btw).

Lush 'Cheer Up Buttercup' - £2.95
This is a new release from Lush. Its one of their smaller bath bombs and it has lime and neroli oil, cocoa butter and citric acid. It a bright yellow bath bomb that will turn your bath water into a sherbet yellow colour and it was made with the idea of the little game you would play as a child of placing a buttercup under someones chin to see if they like butter or not. You know which one I mean! Im really eager to try this bath bomb out because I don't think Ive used a yellow one before and it smells super fresh and yummy.

Have you tried any of these products out and what do you think about some of the products being discontinued from Lush? I know for sure I will be going back to the shop to stock up on some old favourites before they are gone for good!

  2. Lovely haul! I am a huge fan of the Bubblegum lip scrub and really want to try the Popcorn one so I may have to get it quick if they are discontinuing it. I have actually never tried The Comforter but if it makes your bath look like Harry Styles' album cover I am going to have to give it a try! x
