4 New Makeup Favourites

Guess who's back at it again with those new makeup faves?! I am! Ok, I'll stop now..
Ive been trying so hard to stop buying new makeup but its so hard when you are makeup obsessed and you follow every beauty blogger on the internet. But in all honesty I haven't actually been buying that much makeup and the makeup I have bought are products Ive been desperate to try for a long time.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette
Ive hauled this palette on my blog but I cannot stop talking about it. I had been lusting over this palette for years and one day I finally decided to just bite the bullet and buy it. I don't own too many eyeshadow palettes but from the few I do own this has become my fave! They are really easy shades to blend out and use, they are really buttery and pigmented and the shade range is gorgeous. If you're thinking of getting this palette I really recommend you buy it, especially if you love orange and burgundy shades.

Milani highlighter in 01 "Afterglow"
This is the first ever makeup product I have tried from Milani. I originally wanted to buy one of their baked blushes but I don't really need any new blushers so I went for a highlighter. Its a beautiful pearly highlighter with a pink undertone. I don't own any highlighters like this but Im so glad I have this one. Its really pretty on my skin when I am fake tanned so I would imagine this highlighter would look stunning on people with a deeper skin tone but it does also look nice on pale/fair skin. Its a really pigmented, smooth and blendable formula and it looks really pretty in the packaging.

Urban Decay Original Primer Potion
Technically this isn't a "brand new" makeup favourite because I actually did have this primer a few years ago but it went bad so I had to throw it in the bin. My auntie actually bought me this when I went shopping with her in Leeds last weekend. Its the 10ml travel sized primer which is great if you just want to try it out or if you do travel often. One thing that has changed for the better with this primer since I owned one years ago is the applicator. It use to come in a squeezy bottle which I hated because it can get messy and this applicator just makes thing so much quicker and easier. Using a primer makes such a difference when Im wearing eyeshadow because I do have slightly oily eyelids so this helps to keep my eyeshadow looking fresh all day and makes the colours really pop.

Kat Von D liquid lipstick in "Ophelia"
This is another item my auntie bought me last weekend and I am obsessed with it! I bought a Kat Von D liquid lipstick a few months ago and I love the formula of them and how long they last but the shade I bought which was "Lolita 2" is just too dark for me to wear on the daily. I didn't know but KVD have recently come out with a load of new shades and a lot of those new shades were nude. This shade is the one that suited me the best and I honestly cant get enough of wearing it.
