Beauty Products Ive Used Up

I love these types of blog posts. Its really interesting to see which beauty products people have used up and you get a proper review of a product this way. For some odd reason Ive never thought of doing a post like this myself until a couple of weeks ago so I started collecting some empty packets and bottles just for you guys but I only have a couple of empties so don't worry about a super long blog post.

Lush Tea Tree Oil Toner
My first empty is the infamous lush tea tree toner. I bought this well over a year ago and it had lasted me almost that whole year. I bought it back then because I was really struggling with controlling the breakouts on my face. Its a antibacterial toner that targets problem skin specifically breakouts. You can either spray it onto your skin or onto a piece of cotton wool an then swipe it over your face. I prefer to spritz it over my face before I moisturise and after Ive removed my makeup and cleansed my skin. I definitely think it helped to clear up my skin and I would really recommend it to anyone who struggles with problem skin.

Repurchase? If my skin was breaking out again then yes.

Biore charcoal pore strips
I love pore strips and Ive been using them for years because I started getting quite visible blackheads in my early teens and I wanted to get rid of them asap. I usually just buy whatever strips are the cheapest or on offer but this time I tried the Biore ones for a change. I have used their original ones before and I liked them a lot. Im not the biggest fan of these ones though, I would definitely buy the normal ones next time.

Repurchase? Maybe..

Liz Earle cleanse and polish
This was a purchase because of everyone raving about how good it was on the internet and let me tell you, it didn't let me down. Ive never used such a gentle cleanser in my life! Its a cleanser that has naturally active ingredients including rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter and eucalyptus oil. It does a great job of removing your makeup and cleansing your skin without stripping it of oils and leaving you with tight skin and all whilst being gentle on your face. The recommend that you wash off the cleanser with a wet face cloth but sometimes I feel too lazy and just rinse it off with water, both ways work but using a face cloth really deep cleans and exfoliates your skin.

Repurchase? Yes.

Zoella Bath Latte
OMG can we just talk about how incredible this line from Zoella beauty smells?!! Ive never loved a smell so much in my entire life. I really enjoy taking baths and now that I have a bath in my en suite I  try to take them more frequently to relax my muscles after a flare up. This bath and shower milk smells of sweet almond, cocoa and honey and it makes your skin and your bathroom smell amazing! Im surprised at how long this bottle has lasted me but a little goes a long way and your bath will instantly fill with bubbles. Well done Zoe!

Repurchase? 100% yes!

The Body Shop pink grapefruit body butter
The Body Shop do some incredible body butters and they are ones that I always come back to. I have norma/sensitive skin on my body and their body butters never aggravate my skin thankfully. They have so many different scents but the pink grapefruit is definitely one of my favourites next to the shea and pinita colada scents. The body butters are moisturising without leaving you feeling greasy and slimy. I really like to use these particular body butters before I fake tan so I don't end up looking like a dry and flakey mess. The main thing I love about these butters is the scent actually lasts all day on your skin especially if you use the matching body wash in your shower.

Repurchase? Yes.
