A few of my favourite things: September Edit

Can you believe its the last day of September already?! Someone get ready to wake up Greenday..

Ive found some really great new things this month which is great because over the summer I didnt feel like I found many new favourites, I was just rediscovering some old ones. But this month Ive been spending more which is probably why I have found so many new favourites.

My Makeup Wishlist- Autumn Edition

Another season equals another makeup wish list, naturally. As a beauty blogger my makeup wish list is pretty much never ending but somehow I managed to crop that list down to 9 products I am dying to get my hands on for this autumn. Most of these are things Ive been wanting to try for years and others are some newer releases I need in my makeup bag.

8 things to love about autumn

It is officially autumn and it definitely feels like it in the UK. The leaves are starting to fall and the temperature has finally dropped.
Now, I love autumn but I know a lot of people are gutted to see the end of summer but theres so many fun things to love about this season. And naturally I wrote a list of them.

The ride or die makeup tag

If you follow beauty bloggers then Im sure you've seen this tag made by Jaclyn Hill floating around the internet recently. Jaclyn made this tag to share and talk about her most loved makeup items. I usually decide whether or not I really want to buy something based on it being another persons favourite product, especially when it comes to expensive items so I love watching or reading tags like this.
I have been wearing makeup for almost 7 years and along the way I have come over some really amazing products that I will continue to buy and cannot live without out.

2 MAC lipsticks for this autumn

Left- Brave. Right- Modesty

I love lipsticks. MAC is my favourite brand to buy lipsticks from. First of all they smell bloody amazing! And secondly, the formula, packaging and colour range is great.

And now that autumn is here, I have stepped away from the baby pinks and coral lips and back towards the deeper nudes and mauve shades.

A mini Maybelline haul

If you've been following me on twitter you'll know that I haven't been very well again (you can read why here). So how could I possibly cheer myself up? By buying 4 new lipsticks. Why 4 you ask? Because they were buy 1 get the 2nd half price in Boots and I couldnt choose between the four shades.

3 products to fix a bad skin day

We all know those days when you wake up and look in the mirror and you have the biggest spot on your face (or multiple spots which is even worse) and you just want to crawl back into bed and hide for the rest of the day.
But fear not my stressing daisies, I have listed my top 3 skincare products for those dreaded days.

My autumn reading list

In the autumn and winter I am all for books your can read cozied up in a fluffy blanket with a cup of tea and if you've been following me since the new year you will know that my resolution/goal for this year was to read 15 books. And well I am failing that goal at the moment so I want to get back on board the reading train so I hit that goal.
I completely forgot until I was writing this post that I had actually downloaded and bought a few books back in January and those are the ones I want to read this season.

Living with chronic fatigue syndrome

Ever since I started my blog last year Ive wanted to write about this but at the same time I didnt want to. Believe it or not, I am someone who doesn't over share things- in fact I have to be close with someone to be able to talk about things like this. But there are so many people suffering with this "syndrome" (I hate that word for it) and I only really realised this since I started blogging.
