Spending my points with Boots

Thursday, 4 August 2016

A couple of weeks ago I was shopping in boots and I my eye caught how many points I collected. I had over £50 worth of points and I never even noticed! I couldve done the sensibe thing and saved them up even more but instead I decided to spend them...well £45 worth of them.

Theres been two skincare items Ive had my eyes on for a long time now- the Clinique moisturiser and Liz Earl Cleanse and Polish but the two things we're too expensive for me to justify buying, especially the Clinique moisturiser.

I decided to buy the Clinique dramatically different moisturising gel with the pump because it just makes life a tad bit easier. This moisturising gel is formulated for combination/oily skin types and my skin can sometimes turn into a grease ball especially during the summer time. So Im hoping that this moisturiser will work for my skin type and Ive had my eye on it for well over 5 years now.

The Liz Earl Cleanse and Polish is a cleanser that I swear every blogger has tried. Its a hot cloth cleanser that gently exfoliates to leave your skin feeling softer and cleaner. I actually bought the starter kit that comes with two muslin cloths for and extra £1.50 which is a no-brainer and you still get the 100ml of product.

Have you tried any of these skincare items?

  3. That is so lovely that you've had so many points to spend. I wish drugstores in Austria would have this kind of customer bonus. And the things you got seem to be really great.
