Top 3 Face Masks For Oily/Combination Spot-Prone Skin

There is nothing nicer than pampering your skin with a face mask. I am actually pretty good at remembering to do them now. Well done me! I was useless at doing them but since I started applying them often I have noticed a big difference in my skin and that makes me want to use them everyday! I have found my top 3 face masks that I just have to share with you all. And good news, they are all affordable. Woop woop!

Soap & Glory No Clogs Allowed Super Self-Heating Deep Pore Detox Mask - £11.50 for 100ml
This face mask is incredible! It claims to "deep clean and melts away pore-plugging sebum and softens keratinised skin cells to prevent breakouts and blemishes." This is the first self-heating mask I have tried and I love it. As soon as you start massaging it into your skin you can feel it starting to warm up and turn blue and it is the nicest feeling.  I notice a big difference in my skin straight after rinsing this mask off and you only need to leave it on for 5 minutes which is great for a quick skin rescue. I have to hide this from my sister because she loves it so much! #sisterprobz Hahaa!!

This is the ultimate mask for when your skin is breaking out and feeling "gross". And it is really cheap and is stocked in mose Boots shops.
Just dont go and scare anyone with your charcoal face. Funny story, I once scared my 6 year old brother to death (not really) when he walked in and saw me wearing this mask before bed. Haha!

If you have oily skin, this mask will completely change your skincare routine. The seaweed in this mask "draws out impurities, refreshes and clarifies the skin." And it another great mask for maintaining clear skin and for treating it when its freaking out. I dont usually use this face mask too often because it does burn my skin. So I definitely dont recommend this if you have very sensitive skin. But it is great as a spot treatment or for "multi-masking". I actually need to go and buy a new one.

What are some of your favourite face masks? What mask should I try out next? Please let me know :)

Love, Becca x

  5. I really want to try the No Clogs Allowed! I love their Fab Pore moisturiser so can imagine this is just as fab when my skin is spotty. I recently discovered the Body Shop Tea Tree mask and love it when I'm breaking out - I do love their Seaweed range to but haven't tried the mask (yet...) xx

  7. They sound awesome for oily skin! I have crazy oily skin around my t-zone, and everywhere else I get dehydrated patches of skin, which is super frustrating. The packaging for Soap and Glory is always so cute!

    1. That is so annoying. Try multi-masking, thats what I do in the winter. Or just apply a mask to your problem area xx
