Must Have Foundations For Fair Skin

Friday, 25 March 2016

Happy Easter!! I use to have a nightmare trying to find a foundation that was pale enough for me in the winter. I have pale skin with pink undertones so it is quite hard to find a good foundation that doesnt look orange on me!! But these four foundations are amazing!

Revlon Colourstay Foundation in 110 Ivory
OMG this foundation and concealer is amazing! First off, it actually does last all day and I have oily/combination skin. But the colour is perfect, maybe a little bit too pale for my skin. And that's a problem I have never had with foundation. I think this is my 3rd bottle of this foundation.

Rimmel London Wake Me Up foundation in Ivory 100
This foundation has the nicest finish. If you love natural & dewy looking skin, you will love this foundation. The first time I bought this I got the wrong colour so I could only wear it when I fake tan. It wasnt until I bought the Ivory shade that I fell in love with this foundation!

Loréal Infallible Stay Matte Foundation in 10 Porcelain
I have to say, I am not the biggest fan of this foundation but the colour is brilliant. Im sure most of you have seen the hype around this foundation and overall it is quite a good one. I just dont reach for it over some of my other foundations.

Rimmel True Match foundation in Light Porcelain 010

This is more of a high coverage foundation. Its my go to for "bad skin days" because it actually covers up everything. The only negative thing I would have to say about this foundation is it's more on the pink undertone side but if you apply it down your neck it doesnt look as obvious.

What are some of your foundations for pale/fair skin? I am dying to get my hands on the Estee Lauder Double Wear & Nars Sheerglow.

Love, Becca x

  4. I have very fair skin and I use the Rimmel true match foundation and it's so good, cheap too! I have been recommended the Revlon one before by another fair skinned blogger so I might have to indulge!

  6. I have fair skin with cool undertones, and it's so hard to find a good match! I really wanted the Estee Lauder Double Wear, but it's too yellow on me. I love the Lancôme Teint Miracle in 010! Out of the two Rimmel ones, which one do you think is better for dry skin? xx

    1. Thats what Im worried about with Estee lauder foundations. The Wake Me Up foundation would be amazing for dry skin because it has such a nice dewy finish & it doesnt feel drying on my skin. I can even use it when I get eczema on my face when I get hayfever. Xx
