Skincare Wishlist

I love all things beauty. I got into skincare at a young-ish age. By the age of 13 I had a full on skincare routine to try and control that spotty teenage skin & I was obsessed with getting tanned legs because I use to hate my "milk bottle legs".
There are so many amazing skincare items out there that I have been dying to try. I narrowed down my list to 7 items I am lusting over.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream (shop here)
This is an all-around must have item. I remember Tanya Burr raving about this cream a few years ago and it seems like the perfect cream to take travelling & to keep in your bag. It can be used for -

  • Chapped lip

  • Smoothes rough spots on your knee, feet and elbow
  • Cuticles

  • RRP £26 for 50ml

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion (shop here)
For years now I have gone to buy this moisturiser but then I back out at the last minute. It claims to help strengthen the skins moisturise barrier and keep skin looking & feeling soft and hydrated.
    £30 for 125ml

La Roche-Posay Effaclar A.I Targeted Breakout Corrector (shop here)
I have yet to find a good spot treatment so I am always on the look out for new ones to try that will hopefully work. I like the sound of this treatment. You are suppose to apply it to the targeted area twice a day to "correct" blemishes and breakouts.
According to the boots website, "effaclar A.I. is an intensive local skincare treatment that purges imperfections in-depth to accelerate their resorption and prevent residual skin marking:
Niacinamide stops the development of the breakout.
The piroctone olamine/glycacil combination purifies the seat of bacterial activity to resorb skin imperfections.
Micro-exfoliating LHA and repairing La Roche-Posay thermal spring water, activate the skin regeneration process."
    £9.50 for 15ml
Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse in dark (shop here)
I'm sure if you have an instagram account you are familiar with this fake tan. So many youtubers use this tanner & I really want to get my hands on it this summer. I am a relatively new fake tanner. I have only been tanning for 2-3 years now so I am still trying out different brands to see what I like the most. I prefer mousse tan over anything else so this tan should be great for me! I cant wait to buy a bottle.
It is described as "a tan made by tan lovers for tan lovers, Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse gives you a natural looking, sexy tan within minutes. The salon inspired formula provides you with an immediate color, while developing into a deeper, darker tan. The color guide technology ensures an easy, streak free application every time. It is both quick drying and deliciously fragrant. This product is best suited to Medium to Dark skin tones."
    RRP £25.03

Liz Earl Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (shop here)
Hot cloth cleanser are suppose to be great for very skin type. This particular cleanser claims to remove all traces of makeup, even waterproof mascara. Sounds good to me!!
    RRP £14 for 100ml
Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask To Clear Pore (shop here)
If a face mask has charcoal and clear pores in its name you can bet that I will want to try it out. The description on boots.com says,
Activated Charcoal acts like a magnet to draw out pore-cloggers, White China Clay absorbs environmental pollutants, Lecithin dissolves impurities. Without all that "stuff" down there, skin "breathes a sigh of relief." and you can go over to boots or the Origins website to read more in-depth about this face mask.
It is recommended to use once a week after opening your pores with a warm, moist face cloth.
    £23 for 100ml

Champneys Detox Seaweed & Sea Salt Scrub (shop here)
This is a deep exfoliating scrub filled with natural sea minerals. I want to try this out because it should be great for removing fake tan & a great way to prep your skin before shaving. Honestly, I am sold on the fact that it is a sea salt scrub!
     RRP £12

There we have my current skincare wishlist. But if I actually buy these products, that will be a different thing! Haha!
What are some of the items on your skincare wishlist? Have you ever tried any of these items? Let me know what you think of them if you have.
    Love, Becca x
